You'll check out at the resort front desk on Monday morning, not when you arrive.

4,500 sq ft on Lake Minnewaska.

Three floors, 5 bedrooms, 5 full baths, 16 beds across kings, queens, twins, and bunks. Two full kitchens, two refrigerators, multiple lake-facing decks, 100 feet of private beach with a dock. Billiards, ping pong, arcade games, large TV. Practice putting green out front, golf course across the road. The resort lights the fire pit with advance notice — already requested.

How food works.

We're doing a group grocery run before the weekend. Coffee and tea available all day. All shared food defaults to gluten-free and vegan-friendly — cross-contamination is taken seriously. If you're bringing outside food with gluten, keep it separate and clean up after yourself.

No maid service. Wash your dishes, wipe down surfaces, leave the kitchen how you found it. Someone is always about to cook for a lot of people.
Scents. Some family members are sensitive to strong fragrances. Keep perfume and cologne light indoors, and take anything that produces a strong smell well outside and away from the main gathering areas.

Rolling Forks Vineyards · dinner around 6 PM. Good chance for a family photo while you're there.

Continental breakfast at the lodge from 9 AM.
Sat noon
Grazing lunch — charcuterie, salads, pita, GF crackers, hummus. Help yourself.
Sat PM
Mediterranean dinner at 7 PM. The aunts have the kitchen. Show up hungry, say thank you, help clear.
Sun AM
Brunch open from 9 AM — egg bakes, roasted potatoes, tofu scramble.
Sun noon
Grazing lunch, same setup as Saturday.
Sun PM
Mexican dinner at 7 PM. Cousins have the kitchen. Corn tortillas, seasoned meat, plant-based options, all the toppings.
Mon AM
Coffee and casual breakfast. Help sweep the kitchen and common areas before checkout.

Checkout is Monday at 12:30 PM.

Hard stop — resort rule. Before you leave: strip your beds and leave linens in your room, help sweep common areas, take your garbage to the bins. Everyone pays their share at the resort front desk on the way out.
